Overview

Maxxis Minion DHR II: the braking-focused rear tyre for trail, enduro and DH, from 20" to 29" and 2.30–3.00", with E50 e-bike-rated versions.

The Minion DHR II borrows its side knobs from the Minion DHF but widens them for extra support. Its centre tread has ramped leading edges for acceleration, siping for a smooth transition onto the edge, and paddle-like knobs that dig in under hard braking. Maxxis pitches it as the rear partner to a DHF.

It comes in 20" to 29" wheel sizes and 2.30" to 3.00" widths, in compounds from Single to 3C MaxxGrip and Super Tacky, and in EXO, EXO+, DoubleDown, Downhill and New DH casings. Selected versions are E50 e-bike rated.
