TRP's World Cup DH-derived 2.3 mm RS05E rotor, 203 or 220 mm, 6-bolt, 222 g (203 mm); US$76.99–84.99.
The RS05E was born on the World Cup downhill circuit to meet the demands of the fastest riders. TRP claims a 10% improved deceleration rate and increased surface area for better heat dissipation, with a new hole pattern for rapid, uniform heating and quicker cooling, and improved temperature stability over sustained descents.
The one-piece, laser-cut rotor is 2.3 mm thick (1.9 mm minimum) and matches TRP's 2.3 mm-rotor brakes such as the EVO PRO and DH-R EVO. It comes in 203 mm (222 g) and 220 mm (256 g) with six T25 Torx bolts and a rust-block treatment on the centre.
