Overview
The Ghost E-ASX Essential (€4,499) is the entry build of the E-ASX: Bosch Performance Line CX with 600 Wh, Rockshox Psylo Silver RC fork, Rockshox Deluxe Select R shock, Shimano CUES RD-U6000 10/11s and Tektro HD-M535 brakes.
The E-ASX is Ghost's aluminium full-suspension e-MTB for trail riding and touring, with 160 mm of fork travel and 150 mm at the rear. It runs the Bosch Performance Line CX motor with an InTube battery and Kiox 300 display throughout.
The Essential has a 600 Wh battery and a 10-speed Shimano CUES drivetrain; the Universal, Advanced and ABS carry 800 Wh. The ABS build adds Magura MT C ABS brakes, and the Advanced and ABS are also offered with a low step-through frame. Ghost sells separate EQ versions with lights, mudguards and rack as trekking bikes.
