The Piccola HD Titanium combines the compact, radially arranged Piccola brake pump with Trickstuff's powerful C42 four-piston caliper, aimed at trail riders who earn their descents without lift access. Its hydraulic ratio of a 9 mm pump piston to 14/17 mm caliper pistons delivers serious stopping power with linear power transmission.
The brake levers are 3D-printed from titanium with a honeycomb grip texture and hollow internal structures, designed individually for left and right pumps. Heat-resistant hollow stainless-steel pistons and Bionol fluid support long top-to-bottom runs; a Kevlar hose connects to the pump via a reusable angled fitting, and the caliper uses preloaded steel yoke bolts and 850 POWER+ pads.
