Overview
The Whyte Karve EVO RS (£5,650) is the entry build of the Karve EVO: DJI Avinox M2S (150 Nm) with 800 Wh, RockShox ZEB Select fork, RockShox Super Deluxe Select RT shock, SRAM Eagle 70 T-Type mechanical and SRAM Maven Base brakes.
Karve EVO is the 180 mm gravity version of Whyte's Avinox platform: 180 mm of Quad-Link 4 travel front and rear, a carbon main frame with an alloy swingarm, geometry adjustment and MX wheels (29-inch front, 27.5-inch rear), with full 29er compatibility.
Power comes from the DJI Avinox M2S motor (up to 150 Nm, 1300 W peak) with an 800 Wh internal battery and a DPC100 top-tube display. Whyte aims it at self-shuttling, bike-park and big-mountain riding; it comes in sizes M to XL and the RSX is quoted at 24.4 kg in size L.
