Overview
The Phase is Orange's 160 mm trail/all-mountain e-MTB, now powered by the DJI Avinox M2S drive unit (130 Nm, 150 Nm in Boost; 1300 W, 1500 W in Boost) with a fixed 800 Wh battery. The frame is made in Orange's UK factory from 6061-T6 aluminium sheet folded into a monocoque front end, with a 205x65 trunnion shock, Boost 148 rear, UDH dropout and an aluminium bashguard.
It rolls on MX wheels (29" front, 27.5" rear) with 160 mm of travel front and rear and a reduced-offset fork. Orange quotes a 64° head angle, 76° seat angle and around 480 mm reach in size L; the new tube set houses the Avinox display in the top tube and uses shorter seat tubes for longer droppers. Frames carry a 5-year warranty with limited lifetime crash replacement.
