Deore XT Di2 e-bike drivetrain built around the wired-power RD-M8260-12 derailleur: 12-speed, up to 51T, 427 g derailleur, plus an 11-speed LINKGLIDE version.
The Deore XT M8260 Di2 rear derailleur is the wired-power version of Shimano's Deore XT Di2 mountain bike derailleur, drawing power from the bike rather than a built-in battery (spec chart: power supply wired). It comes as a 12-speed RD-M8260-12 (HG 12-speed chain, up to 51T low sprocket, 41T capacity) and an 11-speed LINKGLIDE RD-M8260-11L (up to 50T, 39T capacity).
Shimano lists it in its EP801 MTB and EP6 MTB e-bike system line-up charts, and its wireless link can show SHIMANO E-BIKE SYSTEMS data and works with E-TUBE PROJECT and E-TUBE RIDE. It is paired with the SW-M8250-R wireless shift switch and the CS-M8200-12 cassette (9-45T, 10-51T).
