Overview
EXT Aria V2 DH: downhill/freeride air shock with AS3 dual positive chambers and a DH-specific HBC, 667 g (250×75), priced at EUR 1,100.
The Aria V2 DH is the downhill and freeride version of EXT's Aria V2 air shock. It keeps the AS3 dual positive air chamber system, in which separate + and ++ chamber pressures set sag and the progression of the spring curve without volume tokens.
Compared with the enduro model it gets a DH-specific hydraulic bottom-out control tune that generates 20% more force at the end of the stroke, a dedicated tune for longer shock strokes, and no LOK lever, giving a more compact design for DH frame fitment. It is offered in 230/250 mm standard and 205/225 mm trunnion lengths.
- DH/freeride air shock with AS3 dual positive chambers
- DH-specific HBC with +20% end-stroke force
- Tuned for longer strokes; no LOK for compact fitment
- Same compression valve as the V4 series
- 667 g (250×75); EUR 1,100
