Overview
The Cura 4 Kashima is Formula's top four-piston enduro and DH brake with a Kashima-coated master cylinder and FCS lever, claimed at 400 g.
Cura is Formula's mineral-oil MTB disc brake family with fully forged and anodized master cylinders and calipers. The four-piston Cura 4 is the most powerful model, using four 18 mm pistons with enlarged, thicker pads.
The Cura 4 Kashima is the premium edition: Kashima Coat is applied to the master cylinder piston to reduce friction and smooth the lever action, and it comes standard with the two-piece FCS lever offering tool-free reach adjustment and the Feeling Control System. Sintered pads are fitted and organic pads are included.
