Overview
The Simplon Rapcon :eTQ Ultimate (€9,999) is the top build of the Rapcon :eTQ: TQ HPR60 (60 Nm) with 360 Wh, FOX 38 FLOAT FACTORY 29" fork, FOX Float X2 Factory shock, SRAM X0 Eagle Transmission and Shimano XT M8220 brakes. Claimed weight is 18.6 kg.
The Rapcon :eTQ is Simplon's light e-MTB: a carbon frame with 160 mm of rear travel, a 160 or 170 mm fork, 29-inch wheels and an optional mullet setup compensated by a flip chip on the lower shock mount. Simplon quotes from 19.29 kg for the bike.
It uses the TQ HPR60 motor (60 Nm, 350 W, 1,850 g) with a fixed 360 Wh battery and a 160 Wh range extender option, plus a top-tube display and internal cable routing through the headset. The system weight limit is 140 kg.
