Overview
The Focus JARIFA² 6.8 (€3,299) is the top build of the JARIFA²: Bosch Performance Line CX (85 Nm) with 600 Wh, SR Suntour XCM 34 fork, Shimano Cues and Shimano MT420 brakes. Claimed weight is 23.8 kg.
The JARIFA² is Focus's aluminium e-MTB hardtail for leisure rides and easy trails, combining MTB and trekking features: a 120 mm SR Suntour XCM 34 fork, 2.6-inch Schwalbe Smart Sam tyres, a dropper post and 29-inch wheels (27.5-inch in size XS). Focus's own bike classification puts it in the trekking/gravel category (class 2).
Mounting points allow a rack, fenders, kickstand and lights to be retrofitted, and it is approved for trailers and a 150 kg system weight. The 6.7 uses the Bosch Performance Line (75 Nm); the 6.7 X and 6.8 use the Performance Line CX (85 Nm, 120 Nm via app update). Battery options range from 540 to 800 Wh depending on the build.
