Coil IL (DBcoil IL) is Cane Creek's compact inline coil shock for 120–140 mm bikes, approx. 280 g without spring; USD 549.99 in the US store.
The Coil IL (DBcoil IL) is what Cane Creek calls the world's most compact and lightweight fully adjustable coil shock, designed for bikes with 120–140 mm rear travel. It gives short-travel bikes more downhill capability and a plusher, more planted feel than small air shocks, with a progressive spring mimicking the end-stroke ramp of an air shock.
Damping is twin-tube with independent high- and low-speed compression and rebound plus a Climb Switch. Cane Creek does not recommend it for clevis-style suspension designs and states it is not compatible with Specialized Stumpjumper and Turbo Levo models.
