The Air IL (DBair IL) is Cane Creek's lightest mountain bike shock, designed for bikes with 100–140 mm rear travel. It aims to expand the downhill capability and tuning range of lightweight, efficient short-travel bikes, for riders who value climbing as much as descending.
Its twin-tube damper has independent high- and low-speed compression and rebound circuits plus a Climb Switch, which Cane Creek says gives better damping and smoother performance than other compact inline shocks. It is available in standard and Trunnion mounts.
