Overview
The FOX 38 Factory eMTB GRIP X2 is an e-Optimized 38 fork with 170 mm of travel for 29" wheels, using the GRIP X2 damper. US RRP $1,369.
The FOX 38 is FOX's long-travel single-crown fork for Enduro racing and aggressive riding, optimised for 160 to 180 mm of travel. FOX calls it "composure in the chaos" and positions it as the benchmark for single-crown confidence, performance and durability.
The current 38 uses the FLOAT EVOL GlideCore air spring, which FOX says substantially reduces friction and bind, together with the four-way adjustable GRIP X2 damper. An e-Optimized chassis version is offered for e-MTBs.
