Overview
Hope Fortus 30 SC Pro 5: lighter single-cavity 30 mm trail/enduro wheels on Pro 5 hubs with 108-point engagement, £200 front / £325 rear UK RRP.
Hope's Fortus wheels are machine built and hand finished at the company's factory in Barnoldswick, UK, pairing welded 6061 T6 aluminium rims with black Sapim Race double-butted spokes and Hope's Pro 5 hubs. Front and rear wheels are sold separately and come tubeless-ready with tape and valves supplied.
The Fortus 30 SC uses a single-cavity version of the 30 mm rim, giving a strong but lighter alternative to the triple-cavity Fortus 30 for trail and enduro use. Pro 5 hubs feature a new offset six-pawl freehub raising engagement from 44 to 108 points.
