Overview
Hope EVO Crankset: forged 7150 aluminium MTB cranks on a 30 mm axle, 135-175 mm, from 560 g, £285 UK RRP (no spider).
The EVO crankset is Hope's aluminium MTB crank, developed with FEA, lab and field testing to be 15% lighter and stiffer than its predecessor. Forged and CNC-machined 7150-series arms run on a 30 mm 7075 aluminium axle with a self-extracting axle/arm interface.
Lengths run from 135 to 175 mm, axle options cover XC to DH and fat bikes including SuperBoost, and a spline mount takes direct-mount spiderless rings (28-36T) or 104 BCD single and 64/104 double spiders.
