Overview
BikeYoke's Barkeeper is a forged 7075 stem in 35/45/55 mm lengths with a 35 mm clamp, Category 5 rated, weighing from 80 g. RRP is €89.
The Barkeeper is BikeYoke's forged 7075 aluminium stem, built for an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio. Production involves precise forging, multi-tempering, CNC machining of critical interfaces, shot peening and laser engraving, with a black or raw forged finish (RFF).
Tested by EFBE, it meets and in places exceeds the highest Category 5 (ASTM F2043-13 / DIN EN 17406:2021) for bars up to 800 mm, so it is cleared for trail and enduro bikes. It has a 35 mm clamp, 0° rise and 40 mm stack, comes in 35, 45 and 55 mm lengths and weighs 80–106 g with titanium bolts. Its one-piece clamp does not suit every bar; BikeYoke expects most bars with up to 30 mm rise to fit.
