Overview
The Ibis Oso HD 90 ($8,999) is the only build of the Oso HD: Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 5 with 600 Wh, Fox Factory 38 fork, Fox Factory Float X2 shock, SRAM Eagle 90 Transmission and SRAM Maven brakes. Claimed weight for complete builds starts at 23.45 kg (size XM).
The Oso HD is the long-travel, gravity-focused version of Ibis' carbon Oso e-MTB platform: 180 mm fork, 165 mm dw-link rear travel with a coil-friendly layout, and head angles of 62.3–63.1°. Sizes SM–XM run a 27.5-inch rear wheel, LG–XL are full 29-inch; the modular dropout system allows either wheel size and chainstay length in every size.
Power comes from a Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 5 motor (up to 120 Nm) with a 600 Wh internal battery, compatible with the PowerMore 250 Wh range extender for 850 Wh total, and a top-tube Kiox 400C display. Ibis quotes 23.45 kg for a complete size XM build and offers five sizes, including the new "Extra-Medium".
